Translations made by qualified certified translators

Certified translations are made for the needs of legal documents such as birth certificates, school certificates, contracts of any kind, car documents, company registration documents, as well as many other official documents.

Sworn or certified translations are translations that are certified by a translator who has been authorised by the Minister of Justice. They concern translation of official documents such as birth certificates, civil status records, notarial deeds, school certificates, company registration documents or all kinds of certificates. The translation must reflect all the elements from the source document, including watermarks, annotations, notes and seals.

Sworn translations have legal force only if they bear a round seal and a signature of a sworn translator.

The price of translations is determined on the basis of the number of pages, with the billing page for translations amounting to 1125 computer characters with spaces. Characters are counted using “word statistics" in Microsoft Word.
